[MCPE-8207] No thickness on glass panes

There is no thickness on 3D glass pane model (can be seen on pictures).

Works As Intended. Glass panes and iron bars use the old rendering in Pocket Edition

This is NOT a bug glass panes and iron bars use old rendering engine.

So please tell to the developpers to update the rendering engine for those ones ! We are using OpenGL 2.0/3.0 since 0.10.0 so don't tell me it's technically impossible or too difficult 😉
