Cannot reload world when you switch to external while in a world then save the game

When I open my world then pause the game then go to settings -> Profile, then change the file storage location from application to external then save the game, the game crashes and puts me to the home screen. Discovered this when I tried to transfer a world from application to external by saving. Can you fix this?

Edit:Β The attachments shown below are nothing about this issue, but instead about a different issue of doing all of the above steps then clicking on your world and getting a error message.

When I do this issue in the 1.16.40 hotfix, then the game doesn't crash but instead gives me a different issue.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a world, go to settings, to profile and set your file storage location to external.

2. Leave the world, the game shouldn't crash now.

3. Click on your world, then a error message should appear, and your world disappearing from your world's list until you change your file storage location back to application.

Observed Results:

The game shows a error message when clicking on your world after doing all of the above steps.

Expected Results:

The game opens your world after clicking on it even after doing all of the above steps.
