Pets no longer tamed after moving from realm to solo world,
I'm not sure if its when you download from the realm to solo map, or the
otherway around, but somewhere along the way, all tamed pets become UNtamed to users

Ignore my original comment. I mistakenly assumed Realms was affected by BDS-5121.
Its possible you were affected by MCPE-50467. Did anything else change?
I have experimental gameplay on! All items owned by players were in the correct player inventory, so it seems to recognise players even after a back and forth transfer from realm, but not tamed animals of any kind.
We're tracking this issue as MCPE-50467, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
