When baby villagers are moved 100 blocks away from bed, they are supposed to lose it, mine do not.

With the breeder you mean the iron golem?
It is not that they forget, but that since there are no beds available they cannot sleep and therefore they stay all night scared and finally if you want a villager to take out an iron golem you have to make him or many villagers scared like this they will invoke them
