Piglins are afraid of extinguished soul campfires

Piglins are afraid of extinguished soul campfires, even though there isn't any soul fire for the piglins to be afraid of.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place a soul campfire

  2. Use the shovel on the soul campfire to extinguish it

  3. Spawn a piglin next to the extinguished soul campfire

Observed result:
The piglin runs away and sounds afraid, even though there isn't any soul fire nearby.

Expected result:
The piglin does not run away, like in Java Edition.
