Piglins are afraid of extinguished soul campfires, even though there isn't any soul fire for the piglins to be afraid of.
Steps to reproduce:
Place a soul campfire
Use the shovel on the soul campfire to extinguish it
Spawn a piglin next to the extinguished soul campfire
Observed result:
The piglin runs away and sounds afraid, even though there isn't any soul fire nearby.
Expected result:
The piglin does not run away, like in Java Edition.
