WAIT! Before you go marking this as invalid, just take a look at the attachment. It includes the following:
Fixes for Skeleton/Stray bow firing sounds, Pillager/Piglin crossbow firing sounds, and Drowned trident throwing sounds not playing.
Improved sounds and classic cow hurt sounds and a new moo to replace a duplicate sound (You don't have to use the cow hurt sound).
Water splash sound is now high quality, as I purchased it from Sound Ideas. (Please at least put this and the fixes into the game, I spent money on the sound)
Fixed audio aliasing for cave sounds, thunder and horns.
Fixes for dig sounds playing at wrong pitch. They now sound like they always did in Java.
New walking sounds for wool and snow (I made them with the current ones. I made them because they currently are duplicates of their dig sounds, so I thought I'd spice it up.)
Lots of sounds no longer have frequency cut-offs anymore. This allows for better quality at lower pitch values.
Cobwebs now sound like nether sprouts instead of stone.
Netherrack no longer has that high pitched tone when being dug (turns out it was a spike in the high range, a notch-filter did the trick)
Crops now use Sweet Berry Bush sounds instead of grass.
If you guys are looking for sound designers, I am willing to apply.

Worth mentioning that it would be illegal for Mojang to do #3 since they don't own the license to use it, and they wouldn't need to anyway once they port Update Aquatic's sounds over
You should at least implement the repaired sounds json and sound_definitions json. I can't become a marketplace partner, because I don't have a brand. Also, I don't think sound packs are allowed, as nobody has released one before.
I am not here just to share the addon, I just shared it as a bonus.
The main reason this ticket is invalid is that it is reporting multiple issues. If you could make a separate ticket detailing each error or missing sound component in the json files, and a separate ticket detailing each incorrect sound, and a separate ticket detailing any post-Bee Update sound differences from Java, we might be able to confirm those separately. Just be sure to search first to make sure what you've found is not already reported. (A quick search for "missing sound" in MCPE project brings up 160 tickets.)
Also keep in mind feature differences between Bedrock and Java that existed pre-Bee Update are not considered bugs, and should instead be pursued via feedback.minecraft.net.
Finally, aside from the Marketplace, there are third-party sites where you could share your pack. I'm not familiar with them, but you might get some help from the community the Minecraft Reddit or Discord.
Your passion for the game is inspiring, but the bug tracker is not the place to share an add-on. Perhaps you should look into applying to be a marketplace partner or something like that.
Several of the issues you list could be reported a separate bugs, and I imagine your analysis of certain sound problems would be appreciated in that context. As it stands, however, this is not a valid bug report.
