Hello! today, while trying to find bees in the plains biome,I could not find any even in newly generated chunka in my world generated from beta 1.16.066,and even tried a test world to see if I could find any beehive, and even tried bonemealing trees, but nothing works. However, older worlds seem to be working fine
how to repro:
1.load up a fresh world.
2.find a plain/sunflower plains
or,
1.find a sunflower plain
2. grow trees
✔ = you will find at least one beehive
❌ = none are found
or am I having extremely bad luck?

oh thank you for letting me know! I guess this can be marked as resolved.but just a quick question,in what percent can you find a naturally generated beehive?
I have searched a lot of different seeds and still have not found bees or hives naturally spawned after 1.16 update. If the percentage changed I definitely feel it is far below 5% in the worlds I checked out
The chance of finding a naturally spawned beehive has been drastically reduces in the 1.16 betas to match Java Edition. On the bright side, oak saplings grown near flowers also have a rare chance of spawning with a beehive and bees, matching Java Edition as well.
