Its pretty much impossible to see what you're referring to in that photo 😛
In general texture based issues come down to texture packs. Can you please check you have no packs applied, even if you think it has nothing to do with the smithing table and test again.
If its still an issue you will need to get a clearer photo of the issue so it can be compared with other reports.
