The use icon does not appear so I can use my rockets. There is no way to use rockets for some reason.

What use icon are you looking for? I barely use controller but as far as I know its tied to triggers?

I am looking for something to tell me it can be used. Nothing comes up and I hit the A button and nothing happens. If fact I have pressed all the controller buttons and nothing happens. I have jumped off buildings and pointed up into the sky and nothing happens. I point the rocket to the ground and hit the A button and nothing happens. The only thing I can do with a rocket is drop it.
