Villagers in Nether and End won't stay linked to existing village when reloaded.

Reloading a village founded in the Nether or in the End fails, instead each time a new village is created, and the data of the old village is left as unused data in the game files, accumulating over time.

See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jpKbooL43Ns "Minecraft Bedrock 1.16 Nether Villages" for details (thanks to "Old Guy", who detected this bug).

I don't care about villages being recreated each time you enter the village (I just want to be able to trade diamond tools and other stuff in the Nether to make a living there), but I don't want my game files to fill with junk, and maybe finally get corrupt.
