Hello, I just want to report an error of the log in of the app for iOS, when I started the game, it takes so much time to see the main menu, then it said that it is starting my session of Microsoft, that also take so much time, even that the screen freezes and I can’t do anything, and so it stays and won’t let me start playing

Your device may just be a bit slow. If it takes more than 3 minutes, then your device could be too slow to play the game. Has the game worked before?
Yes it worked, it worked very well but then the game started to have problems, the map didn’t charged, and I lost a few things on my inventory, but yesterday the app just freezes and don’t let me do anything. I don’t think that my device's are the problem, it’s an iPhone 11 and an iPad 6th generation, it doesn’t happen with another app or game. It’s a little bit frustrating when I have important things in my inventory and then I lost them, I actually uninstalled the app from my iPad and reinstalled but the problem still continues.
