[MCPE-8465] Grass everywhere

I always see this glitch in small ponds/near small ponds.

What I expected to happen:
No grass on dirt/sand/air.

What happened:
Grass everywhere.

Also, when sheep eat grass block with flower above, the flower is still above while the grass block became dirt.
