me and my in real life girlfriend are trying to play Minecraft together because she moved to Minnesota, she plays on her phone while i play on my Nintendo Switch. we have both been able to play together, until we both updated our Minecraft from 1.14.60 to 1.16.0. now every time she tries to join, it gives her this screen:
