Steps to reproduce bug:
1: Launch game and sign in
2: Press Play
3: Create New World
4: Press Create on Realms
5: Press Add new 10 player Realm
6: Select Buy Now
7: Rename (in my case "Blockstead")
8: Check the I agree box for terms of service etc
9: Press Buy Now
Result:
A window briefly pops up (too quick for me to analyze) and is replaced buy a window stating:
Store Connection Lost
Your device lost connection to the store and we can't confirm this offer is still available. Please check your internet connection or try again later.
Expected result:
Some sort of billing screen
Reasoning:
I know my internet connection is not to blame as i am able to buy minecoins (i tried just to test) and I am able to view the store, my other games are unaffected and I can join my friends realm fine and I can even host a bedrock server, i desire to run a realm instead though for the ease of access across different systems.

I also tried deleting all my old realms i had 4 originally when i encountered the bug it is still ongoing deleting the old realms didnt work at this point im just waiting for the next update and hoping its fixed
Im also getting this issue. Downloaded and deleted all (4) expired realms but still get the same error. i originally tried to buy a realm on Saturday 27th of June, but was unable to. Waited a few days and still get the same error.
i have tried on both a clean desktop that never had minecraft installed and my laptop with an old installation and minecraft installed. both running windows 10 2004. i was signed up for the RTX Beta but have unregistered and have the release version installed. unfortunately i was still registered for the RTX beta when i installed minecraft on my desktop but it has since been updated to release.
Recent patch seems to work. Windows 10 19041 BE v1.16.1. I was finally able to buy a new realm and upload/replace world today.

Also got "store connection lost" message. Unable to renew realm plus (was expired in April) or buy new realm.
Thought I saw a light bulb message "purchased on another computer" but I'm using same computer.
It went away after I deleted my old realm - read somewhere that a possible workaround was to download backup, delete (expired) realm, purchase new subscription, upload/replace from backup. Didn't get past "store connection lost".
