[MCPE-85320] Cannot put soul speed on op boots

You cannot put soul speed 3 on netherite boots with unbreaking 3, thorns 3, mending, feather falling 4, depth strider 3 and protection 4.

You should be able to do it if the enchantment cost isn't too expensive.

I've been having the same issue since the update, I've done it twice before previous to this update so I know it can be done.
