Hi. Ever since the new Nether Update came out, I noticed a bunch of lags in my world. Nothing even remotely close to that has ever happened, and now my game doesn't render any textures for about 15 seconds when I enter a world, and it hits 100% CPU pretty much all the time, even though before the new update it would be just around 40%. Plus the game feels very laggy because of that, and the camera some times just freeze in place when I'm moving the character.

My current pc specifications are:

processor: intel core i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz

RAM: 16.0 GB

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060

AMD A12-9720P, with settings mostly maxed out on my PC CPU usage is 30%, which is mostly normal. Might just affect certain CPUs.

Yes, i have a i5-6700K (4.20GHz) and i have 100% usage too. Its very annoying; i find it only occurs in chunks non loaded.

Specs;

CPU: Core i5-6700K (100%)
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 3GB, (overclocked), (30%)
RAM: G.Skill Intl F4-2800C15-8GTZB (2x8GB), (running XMP)

I am also having this exact problem.
CPU: Core i7-9700
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 Super running the 06/24/20 game ready Nvidia driver (version 451.48), also tested the 5/27/20 version (446.14) since 1.16 released so closely to the Nvidia driver update. Performance was abysmal on both driver versions.
RAM: 16 GB
