[MCPE-86096] The Elevator using the Soul sand and water doesn't Work.

We can't go up using this. The bubble columns are missing.

It might be because the block above Soul Sand is flowing_water and not water. Try placing kelp on the Soul Sand and break it and see if bubbles appear

its definitley a bug, ever since the 1.16 relase. In my opnion, the devs released the update too soon, there's still so many bugs in the game.
