After breeding villagers the baby villager has grown up and not accepted any professions. There are plenty of unclaimed profession blocks (composters, barrel, cartography table, tool station). The villager is not a nitwit and simply remains unemployed. Also our toolsmith disappeared at some point as well (after trades)

Does the issue persist if you break and replace all of the workstations where no villager is working?
