It wont let me join any worlds or servers, it gets stuck on the moving bar loading thing, left it for an hour and it hadnt changed when I looked, there is one realm I can join but that's it.

My friend is having the same issue, He tried quite a few things, but it didn't fix. Try reinstalling the game, it fixes most problems.
