Oh god this looks pretty bad.
My friend is having the same issue, He tried quite a few things, but it didn't fix. Try reinstalling the game, it fixes most problems.
Is it a realm? if so, I'm not sure if its that simple, but try reloading the world or duplicating the world, which is the world settings. try using the duplicated one, it will be the exact same as your original version. (note: i'm not a dev, sorry)
I've never heard of this, wait for a mod to find out whats wrong
Maybe try freeing up some storage, or if last resort, reinstalling the game. Though it quite possible could be other reasons
