Villagers Will Not Breed At All. Also No Red Hearts Come Out. And No Baby Villagers At All. I Am Giving Then Everything They need Like Bed, Sleep, Trading, Jobs, Bathroom, food, etc. And There Are Doing What They Need To Do. Also Because Of That. I Have Not Been Seeing More Villagers In The Village Or Many Baby Villagers. I Also Love Baby Villagers. They Are Sooooooo Cute. Please Fix This Issue!

If other people have been reporting this issue as you claim, please provide ticket names. Generally you should avoid duplicating existing issues.
@@unknown Is this still an issue? You said you have some add-ons but you don't think they are affecting breeding. However, the bug tracker staff have found that seemingly unrelated add-ons can cause villagers not to breed. With MCPE-86030 it was found that Foxy-no-tail's Mob Heads pack caused villagers to not breed after the 1.16 update. Foxy has since updated the pack, so if that happens to be one you use then you may need to update it. Since you said you were having a problem in every world, I think it is likely due to an add-on.
At this point we are not able to reproduce the issue as you describe it, in vanilla Minecraft. I am going to have this ticket resolved as "awaiting response." Please comment if you can provide more information, and the ticket will automatically reopen.
