Game will freeze exactly 8 seconds after I open it if I am on an Internet connection. UPDATE: Now, it doesn't open even on airplane mode! Instead, it crashes on the Mojang screen!

The problem is with the wifi.
Turning wifi off: the game loads fine.
With wifi on: it freezes.
You can turn multiplayer off in MCPE, but it will still freeze if wifi is turned on.
Hi, the same issue has been reported by other people. I have the same problem using a iPAD1.
Please Vote for them and I hope Mojang will work faster in the solution. The cases are:
