Everytime I break a block it doesnt drop any loot except for mobs, but this started happening when I went into the nether and found 3 blocks of netherite. I tried closing the game or even exit to the main screen and nothing hasnt fix.

maybe the gamerule dotiledrops is set to false. to see if the value is false do this command:
/gamerule dotiledrops
if is says this:
dotiledrops = false
then do this:
/gamerule dotiledrops true
