[MCPE-8960] Uncraftable cobwebs

When I got 5 pieces of string and went to the crafting table, I can't find the cobweb, and I can't craft it.

Cobwebs are uncraftable in Minecraft PE.

Works As Intended. Cobwebs cannot be crafted in any edtion of the game.
I recommend checking the Minecraft Wiki prior to reporting an issue on the bugtracker, as what seems to be a bug to you may actually be intended.
