Can't craft strings from webs

When I try to craft strings from webs it does work in 1.20.1 but in 1.20.10 it does not work.

Duplicate of MCPE-8960, Works As Intended. Cobwebs cannot be crafted in any edtion of the game.

Gameplay would have been better served to have made this recipe for all versions instead of removing it from one of them.
