After crafting and wearing the full netherite armor (helmet, chest plate, leggings and boots), "Cover Me in Debris" achievement does not unlock.

Are you on the ps4 copy? I was having the same problem for 3 days while i was in the process of enchanting my set and once i engaged in combat wearing the set the trophy finally unlocked for me when i took damage wearing it.. i will note here my mom who wore the set on her xbox copy got it right away but i had to take damage for it to trigger
