Save file on PS4 might be corrupted. Don't have any idea how it happened, but when you play for 30 min to couple of hours, game freezes, screen goes blue and error code CE-34878-0 comes up. Everything you've done before the last autosave is lost.
This is a very big and frustrating problem and you need to fix it. I don't want to pay for a game, play it for many hours and then this is the price.

I remember one time, I got my save corrupted after the power went out and I couldn't recover it because there were no backups, so You better start making backups!
If your world was made on bedrock edition then no but If it was on legacy edition then later converted to bedrock then You can search for the old save and reconvert it.
I dealt with the same issue up until 1.16... When that released everything worked perfectly, until the 1.16.1 hotfix. Since then, I can't load my world at all, and the backups won't load either.
