PS4 says Minecraft is version 2.10 not 1.16.1.
When a user on the PS4 who has parental control enabled with or without PSN login.
Minecraft stays on the Red logo screen and does not load.
As a normal user with no restrictions the games loads.

Not an issue with parental controls.
Deleting Minecraft and then reinstalling has fixed the issue. Something has broken in the update to 2.10.
