So this has been happening at random. Id go int oa room in my building and haft of it or all o it would be dark even tho there are torches or lanterns in it its a paint to fix cause i gotta remove the lights that are already there and replace them or completely open up the roof to allow light in to get rid of the dark spot. This is very random and am seeing it in my villages and already explored caves. Note* this has many been happening on my world that i had before the update but its started happening in my new world now also, which is from what the screen shot is taken of.

I've had the same happen to me, normally when coming back from the nether. I save quit and reopen and the chunks appear to load again.
Hope this stops you having to rebuild things
