Carpets don't show up on maps if they are placed on fences or walls

When you create a map, you can't see the colors of carpets on the map if the carpets are over any fences or walls.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a line of fences and walls

2. Place carpets over the fences and walls

3. Open a map

Observed Results:
The carpets do not show up on the map.

Expected Results:
The carpets should show up on the map.
