Unable to connect to realms and servers

I cannot sign in, this is a technical issue on your side. Please take a look at my screen shots before you make any assumptions. 

I cannot login. I cannot connect to realms, cannot connect to server, cannot connect to friend's world as well. Have uninstalled the game to try again and it says that I'm logged in but it treats me as if I have not. When I log out and log in again, I cannot, it says error, try it in xbox.com. Same exact thing is happening to my friend as well. 

Only can sign in when I uninstall the game and install it back. Once it's logged out, I cannot sign in back to the game again unless I reinstall.

When I try to press get help in the game, it reflects me to a irrelevant page about child account (I don't have one at all). I have read all the FAQs related and none of them are relevant to this issue. 

I have contacted Microsoft and they said they cannot help me in this area and that I should contact the developers instead (after privacy settings on xbox.com has been as advised in the app has been checked and verified that it is correct) 

I have contacted minecraft support as well, they have redirected me to child account (again, ugh and I already told them that is not the issue here) and just directed me to FAQs (ask me anything in there, I have searched high and low. I know everything that is in there)
