hmm yes you will have to contact microsoft support for recent purchases and supply your receipt number to mojang support and microsoft support to get it fixed i presume
edit: there is another bug report REALMS-9927 with the same topic so it musnt be a problem with your purchase. its a problem with mojang and microsoft
i can confirm its a 1.18 bug. as i cannot find it in 1.17.1 i have searched through the mineshafts at that position with the seed btu no floating dripstone. eaither its a world generation issue or its a 1.18 bug
