This has been an on going issue. I have done the troubleshooting that I have been directed towards numerous times by your staff and the staff at Xbox. There has yet been a resolution. I am hoping maybe that someone really really smart can figure this out. My Xbox One crashes everytime I play Minecraft on it. What I mean is it crashes so hard my console powers off.I can sometimes get on to create a game and play for a little bit, but if I want to Save and Quit and or return later it shuts my console off. Doesnt take me to Home screen.I have done soft and hard reset of console, I have cleared saved games, I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. I am becoming frustrated that everyone I bring this to attention just refers me to troubleshooting. Im beyond that stage. This is the ONLY game that does this to my Xbox One console. I have reached out to xbox support and then Microsoft support they sent me your direction Mojang.
