Lighting bug when using night vision and it's raining

Steps to duplicate
-Make sure its raining
-Have night vision potion status
-Be at least 3 or 4 or more blocks lower than elevation of blocks in the distance.

Conclusion
Some objects will show faded to completely white from a distance.
