Tamed Skeleton Horses will be killed by conduits when they're near enough to take damage.

Affects 1.20.32.
Steps to reproduce:
Build a conduit frame and activate a conduit.
Move a non-trap skeleton horse within 8 blocks of the conduit.
Observed results: The skeleton horse takes damage from the conduit, eventually dying if not moved away from the conduit.
Expected results: The skeleton horse, a passive mob, does not take damage.
