This has been an occurring bug. Starting in 1.16 beta. When making multiple Nether portals they send you in a random spot. When they should be sending you to the original portal as made. As shown in the picture these lines are all the times my 2nd end portal bugged out rather than semding me back to the correct spot of the portal itself
