My world is over 400MB of storage and it stops at 40% of copying im guessing its a bug of 1.16.20?

Ive had to do this world over 4 times now and i cant lose it! Am i able to send the storage to my pc?

2 more 1. The end is broken. When entered your either kicked from game or can't enter endcity portal. 2. when planting seeds like wheat carrots beatrooot and more they pop up fully grown rather than plant as seeds when planting fast.
