If you kill a mob right before it goes through an end gateway or nether portal, it will transport the dead mobtmob the portal
Steps to reproduce
Have a minecart go through an end gateway
Right after the minecart goes through the end gateway, push a mob with 1 health into the end gateway
Dispense a splash potion of instant damage right before the mob gets transported through the gateway
The mob with die on one side of the end gateway then get transported to the other side of the end gateway
The expected result should be that dead mobs cannot go through end gateways

If you do a frame by frame analysis, you can see that the mob dies on one side of the end gateway, then the dead mob gets transported to the other side
