what actually happend was that is when i was trying to complete achivements and then completed them but the problem is its not showing me that i completed it and is instead showing me that i didnt do it and yes i was in survival and never turned on cheats or never tried to go to creative
For example:-
-> if i have full netherite armour on me to complete the cover me in debri achivement it shows me that i didnt complete it.
How to reproduce it:-
1.try to complete an achivement
2.go to the achivements in profile and see weather it is showing you that you conpleted that specific achivement
