I wanted to host a competition with my friends today. I learned that people on various platforms; mostly on console, are on the version 1.16.1 and seem to be on the latest version, while others like PC and mobile are on 1.16.10. When trying to enter each others worlds like from 1.16.1 to 1.16.10 or vise versa, this creates several problems. For example, constant game crashes, unable to join your friend's world, and other bugs and issues. If someone could tell me what is going on; please help on this issue. Would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Because 1.16.10 was only released on some devices - mobiles and windows 10. It had no changes that affect Xbox or Switch version, so it wasn't released there. Both versions are multiplayer compatible.
