Hello, I recently have decided to update my Minecraft on my Nintendo Switch to the latest version (1.16.20) and have encountered a variety of issues, the most severe of which being the fact that whenever I close my game, my switch completely freezes. My Switch freezes on the screen of me confirming whether I want to close Minecraft or not (as shown in the image) and has completely frozen my Switch. This had happened to me earlier but it was fixed after simply waiting a few minutes. However, this has happened to me again and as of now, nearly twenty minutes after I closed Minecraft, my Switch is still frozen. I have included a photo of what the issue looks like. It may be hard to tell, but on my screen there is a very faint message asking me if I want to close Minecraft or not. Thank you so much and I sincerely hope this issue gets resolved soon.

This happens to me. I am personally on the cartridge version and got the 1.16.20 update today and had experienced this glitch. The game had signed me out of my Microsoft account so I logged back in and that's when the bug started
Thank you for your report!

This is happening to me too! Really frustrating & stupid. I restart my switch, but to no prevail...I'm able to get back in the game but if I try to close it or re-enter Minecraft it just freezes completely
