Blocks inserted into the item frame are misplaced. Items do not have this issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place down an item frame

  2. Place a block in the item frame

Could this be due to the change where items on the ground float a little higher?

This happens on windows 10 too 

Apparently only affects blocks, not items.

affects 1.16.100.57

No longer occurs in 1.16.100.59
