From the screenshot, it's apparent that the titles of Marketplace texture packs from Minecraft are being shown using the wrong character set, but it would be very helpful if you'd tell us a little more to help us find the problem.
Does the problem happen with other kinds of Marketplace content from Minecraft, such as the Graduation Celebration pack or the Jurassic World mash-up pack?
Does the problem happen with Marketplace content from other creators?
Does the problem happen elsewhere in the Marketplace screens? Please give additional screenshots for these.
Does the problem happen in other areas of the game, such as Settings screens and the chat interface?
Does the problem happen is apps other than Minecraft? If so, it may not be a Minecraft bug. The bug tracker cannot help you with problems setting up your phone for Hangul, sorry!
