The Issue With The Ocean Kept Happening So I Took A Screenshot Of That. The Problem With The Sea Only Happened When You Are Near. And Also It Only Happens When It Rains.

Now that you added the mention of rain, I can see what is happening. The water is not rendering correctly behind the rain. Or equivalently, the rain transparency is being applied to the water behind it as well. Not sure about the shulker box issue picture, but I think we can just focus this ticket on the rain.
Could you try toggling different video settings to see if they affect the glitch?
EDIT: just noticed I have the same the same Graphics Card as you. I’ve never had this glitch.

Can you provide more information about when this graphical glitch occurs? Does it occur without any add-ons enabled?
