The preceding comment is appropriate given that what you wrote doesn't belong in a bug report, but I realize it ignores your frustration and isn't helping you solve your problem, so let me try to explain what's going on here and maybe it will help you understand.
First of all, this isn't a bug report, it's a complaint that the problem you reported in your first ticket, MCPE-92371, hasn't been solved yet. You need to understand a few things:
A bug is an error in the software, not just something that doesn't work right. Your problem, as originally reported in MCPE-92371, is that you haven't been able to use your Realms subscription since 1.16 was released. That ticket was closed as Invalid because this probably isn't a bug. If it were, we should see thousands of other people having the same problem, and we don't. There are many things besides bugs that can cause this kind of problem, and other solutions need to be tried before it makes any sense to look for a bug because searching for a bug is an open-ended process that never ends if there's not actually any bug there. You didn't give any indication that you had tried the other solutions, so filing a bug report was premature.
While closing that ticket, you were advised how to contact Community Support, which you apparently did, and you said above that they told you "it's being worked on". So apparently the only reason you created this report was to complain. You've done this before, with MCPE-93742. Unfortunately, that's an abuse of the bug tracker. This site is not a discussion forum, not a feedback site, and not even a customer support site. Those who help out here don't even work for Mojang, we're just volunteers from the community. All we do is screen bug reports for valid bugs, figure out how to reproduce them, and pass them on to the developers. It's a service we provide, free of charge, to the community (and of course, to ourselves as members of that community). So complaining on the bug tracker may make you feel better, but it isn't reaching the people you want to hear it, and it creates unnecessary work for people who can't do anything about it. Complaints should be lodged at the Minecraft [Feedback Site|https:://feedback.minecraft.net] or with a Community Manager, not on the bug tracker.
You seem to think that when you report a problem, somebody should fix it within a few days, like they do when you have a problem with your electrical or cable TV service. I'm afraid that's not a reasonable expectation, at least for a bug. Software is several orders of magnitude more complicated than wiring black boxes together. It can easily take weeks or even months to find and fix a bugβwhich is another reason it makes better sense to try other solutions first, because many of those can be fixed quickly. Finding a bug takes a lot of time, given that in a game as complex and widely used as Minecraft, there are thousands of bugs and not that many developers to work on them. So you just have to be patient until they can get to yours. We on the bug tracker don't have any influence on which bugs get priority or how much time they spend fixing bugs, so there's no use in asking us to hurry up and fix it or telling us that you expect it will be fixed in a certain release.
After you've tried all the other solutions and failed, if you still have the problem we may have to consider whether it might be a bug after all. In that case, you and we will have to work closely on creating a detailed and accurate description of the bug, because the developers need those details to help them locate what part of the code it's in. It will be a lot easier for us to work together if everybody keeps a positive attitude focused on solving the problem. That means setting your feelings aside and dealing with your frustrations outside of the bug tracker. I encourage you to practice this skill, because it's a life hack, not just a tool for the moment.
Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is Invalid.
Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.
