[MCPE-98458] Parity: Pufferfish still gives you Nausea II instead of Nausea I

When eating Pufferfish, the status effects still gives you Nausea II instead of I, this is fixed in Java Edition 1.16.2.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get and eat a pufferfish
-> ❌ It gives you Nausea II, not Nausea.
