How to reproduce
1. Stand a block away from a wall
2. Fire several arrows into it while facing the exact same direction
3. Begin sneaking
4. Shoot more arrows
→ ❌ They land at the exact same height as the previous arrows

I think it is a duplicate of MCPE-31896. I think all of the things that happen whlie swimming are also an issue while sneaking.
