My Realm won't do any Manage options

For over a week I have tried replacing the realms world. I have tried Using the replace button. I have tried using the "create on Realm" button when making a world. It got so bad I tried deleting the world from the realm entirely it wouldn't work. later I tried to close the realm it wouldn't allow that ether. I thought if I let it update to 1.19 from 1.18 it would fix itself, but it didn't It would come up with 4 responses randomly when performing these actions. 

1 failed to find a location to download. (I have over a Tb of storage to put it)

2 failed to connect to the internet. (I can close Minecraft and open any internet browser or game)

3 it would say action failed 

4 It would finish loading then continue to load an invisible "phantom" bar. it would do this indefinitely until I closed the game.

please help me fix this issue soon so I can get with my friends and be able to conquer 1.19
