Upon trying to add some new packs to my realm I keep running into a repeated problem no matter which of my devices I used, Xbox, laptop or phone they all result in the same process of me adding the new packs clicking the back button to save them it then says export in progress then it says initializing upload and then it claims all done. it will says 0.00mb out of however many mb the pack is and then a button saying Let's Go! is present which all seems normal so far however upon clicking that button you are taken back to the packs screen, you are unable to apply the packs cause you cant leave the packs menu unless you reopened Minecraft in which your pack isn't applied. hope i have explained this clearly.
