After updating Realms to the newest version Aquatic update Part 2 I logged on and all of my inventory items and armor were gone and I was reset to the original spawn point. I backed up to a previous save and it had no effect. I thought the point of Realms was to be more secure and easier to use... I had a few rare enchanted diamond tools I really hated to lose. Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you

This happened to me as well. I logged out one evening with everything, then back in the same evening and had nothing and was at my last bed. I don't know if it's related, but my realm ceased saving properly as well. I haven't been able to make any progress since the incident.
Same thing happened to me today. However, our realm was already updated to Aquatic 1.13 for several weeks now. I don't understand what caused this.
Same thing, I lost connection to realm, when I came back, I was back at spawn zone with empty inventory. And my ender chest was wiped.
Playing on Java version.
same occurred today in the morning, all inventory erased, do not remember updating minecraft lately, though. MCPE

I have experienced the same thing this evening. Lost my inventory and everything in Ender Chest and sent to some old spawn point. Tried to open most recent backup but it seemed to be in even worse shape...
